Who We Are
We are a small locally owned and operated trade business, not a call centre with a logo. Every job, from a leaking tap to a burst hose in a tower unit, runs under QBCC No: 15024607.
No owner names, no founding story and no team photos appear on this site. That is deliberate: the licence number and the finished work are what you are hiring, and both are checkable.
How We Work
Three habits shape every visit we make:
A fixed quote first
You see the price before any work starts, and the price you approve is the price you pay.
Lifetime Labour Warranty
Under QBCC No: 15024607, every job is done by a licensed plumber, and our labour carries a lifetime labour warranty.
Pay on the spot
Card or EFTPOS on site when everything is working. Nothing to chase later.
What We Do
Our work splits into four services, and each has its own page:
- Emergency plumbing: water where it should not be, a pan spilling over, no hot water, a gas smell.
- General plumbing: leaking taps, toilet cisterns, bathroom and kitchen work, concealed water leaks, plus gas appliances.
- Drainage: clearing blocked lines, sewer and stormwater work, and camera inspections of drains.
- Hot water: fixing tanks and elements, and fitting full replacement systems.
Census figures put 4,898 people in this suburb at the last census, most of them in units, so a big share of our work happens inside apartment blocks. That means strata sign-offs, lift access and water travelling through slabs are everyday parts of the job here, not exceptions.
Where We Work
Our regular run covers Bowen Hills and the suburbs around it: Albion, Newstead, New Farm, Fortitude Valley and Spring Hill. Herston and Windsor also sit on the run, so a failed unit in any of them is a short drive away.

Questions About Our Business
Call (07) 3067 4276Who does the work on my job?
A licensed plumber from our own team will look after your job from start to finish, so the same local tradesperson who arrives to quote or inspect will be the one who completes the work.
What licence covers the work?
Our QBCC licence covers plumbing and drainage and gasfitting, so water, sewer, stormwater and gas jobs in Bowen Hills all sit inside the licensed classes we carry on every job.
Which suburbs do you service?
Our run covers Bowen Hills plus Albion, Newstead, New Farm, Fortitude Valley and Spring Hill, with Herston and Windsor close behind, so any of them can land on a single day's schedule.
Do you give a price before starting?
Yes, you get a fixed quote before any work starts, you approve the figure in writing first, and the price you sign off on is the price that lands on the invoice.
How can I pay?
By card or EFTPOS on site once the job is finished and you have seen it working, so there is nothing to chase down later and no account to set up.
